Beginner Dancer Information

Entry level Round Dance and Square Dance classes are held every Wednesday at Veteran’s Memorial Hall in Royer Park, 110 Park Dr., Roseville, CA.

• 7 to 8:30 PM – Wednesday evenings. These lessons are designed to prepare you to dance at dances and festivals in 12-15 weeks.
• Two beginner Square Dance programs are held each year, beginning in January and Fall season.
• The current beginner’s program begins January 21, 2026. (The next beginner lesson sequence will begin sometime in the Fall of 2026.)
• To encourage participation, the first lesson is free. The current fee (2026) is $8/session for each week for beginner classes and participants pay by the week.
• No prior registration is necessary to join the fun.

Round Dance classes and Plus Square Dance and Advance Square Dance classes are held every Monday at Veteran’s Memorial Hall in Royer Park, 110 Park Dr., Roseville, CA.

• 5-6:50 pm Round Dance class (beginning Feb 9, 2026)
• 7:00 to 8:30 PM Full Plus Square Dance with one Round Dance between tips.
• 8:30 to 10 PM Advanced Square Dance
